An alien beam bombarding the Earth causing devastation, forces four women to band together in the uncertainty of the future and seek refuge in upstate New York. They leave Manhattan and drive north to what they hope will be a safe haven to wait out the chaos.

The intense struggle to deal with the mounting chaos of changing climate, caused by an alien beam bombarding the Earth, Arden seeks help at an intervention clinic to deal with the severe depression the chaos has caused. Linden, a therapist who had helped many who were suffering from the mental effects of the climate crisis caused by the aliens attack takes Arden into her office to determine what the best treatment for her would be.
During the interview, both women perceive the attraction each has for the other. The therapy session evolved into something much more intimate. As the session progressed it is apparent what Arden really needs, and Linden is willing to provide that. However, before the session can go further, loud squawks and horns, followed by an automated voice that warns of an “Emergency Weather Situation developing!” They had to Evacuate Now.
The women retreat to Linden’s secure apartment on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The two wait out the storm and go out to get provisions and meet, Quinn a gal being assaulted by a gang. Rescuing her, they go back to Linden’s and agree they have to head north. On their trip north, they intervene in the robbery of a diner and leave with the only employee Giselle. Giselle offers a fortified place near Woodstock, a place to ride out the storm and imminent apocalypse
