River, a young girl, is rescued from brutal captivity by two members of Cotyttia, an orgiastic, nocturnal religious cult that originated in Ancient Greece and Thrace. The cult are followers of Kotys, the goddess of sex, considered an aspect of Persephone.

River is suffering the consequences of a girl’s night out that went wrong, including drugged drinks and kidnapping, finally escapes with her two companions. But instead of escaping with River her two friends try their best to keep her with them by forcing into suspect building that River knew that if they were to walk inside, they may never walk back out on their own volition again.
River’s escape goes sideways and is lured into another dangerous situation. The same group that kidnapped them in the first place. While trying her best to get away, she is rendered unconscious and when she wakes, she is bound and gagged in an abandoned farmhouse. As if things couldn’t get any worse, two unsavory women show up at the farmhouse. By their own admission they were paid to rough River up and dump her along the road.
Fate smiles on River and she is rescued by Avery and Cameron, two members of a religious cult known as the Cult of Cotyttia. The two Good Samaritans dress her, feed her and tend to her injuries. Then, as is the case in this world, everyone is looking for a quid pro quo. Soon, River is subjected an intense sales pitch that River is finding hard to resist. The young girl finally figures her luck has to change sooner or later.
