On their first full day alone, Jordan Crawley the governess, noticed behavior by Dylan that came on fairly gradually. She would start fidgeting and wouldn’t sit still, or she’d ask her something and she would completely miss it, making Jordan have to repeat herself all the time. Then the thoughts of her schoolwork suffering led Jordan to believe all the signs were there.
Dylan had difficulty concentrating, was restive. Jordan’s mind went straight to the same conclusion that most observers would make, ADHD – Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. Jordan made an appointment with Dr. Logan Adams, who’d been the Baker family’s practitioner for years. As part of Jordan’s benefits with the Baker’s she was also her doctor.
Dylan and Jordan went to the Doctor two days later. On first getting there, she asked Dylan a lot of routine questions and then asked her to strip and put on a robe for a physical exam. It was during the pelvic exam; a definite look of surprise flashed across her the doctor’s features before she got herself back under control. Then she looked at the governess and Dylan and told them she had found the cause of her recent behavior.
