Mary Arnold is a nineteen year old forced by circumstances to make a long journey over the mountains. Hiring a driver and a carriage the two made the trip through the desolate and seemingly uninhabited wilderness. At the end of the first day’s travels they stop at a lonely roadhouse to seek shelter for the night and to tend to their horse.
Once settled in for the night, the girl is suddenly awakened by a horrific disturbance at the entrance to the house. Shouting and screaming followed causing Mary to hide under the bed hoping to ride out the interruption undetected. But when she heard the door to her room burst open and heavy footsteps moving toward her she was terrified when the severed head of her driver was thrown next to the bed she was hiding.
Hoping against hope that she was safe, all hope was lost when she was grabbed by the legs and pulled from under the bed by the biggest woman she had ever seen. The huge woman took her time subduing the young girl, exposing her to the most brutal behavior she had ever experienced. Fearing for her life, after the woman subdued the girl, the woman did three amazing things, took her as her slave, renamed her, and gave her a precious golden necklace.
